Striker Douglas Costa suffered a muscle injury to his right thigh and will miss Juventus for the next two weeks at least. The medical condition was reported by the Italian club on Friday morning. With that, the player will not participate in the clash back against Lyon, on August 7, for the round of 16 of the Champions League.

The Brazilian striker has played 29 games for Juventus so far this season, with three goals scored and seven assists scored. This is the fourth injury he has suffered in 2019/20, all of them muscular. Douglas Costa lost 17 games due to these physical problems.
